Croft Pilates was founded in 2020 by Natalie Halcroft when a lifelong dream found its roots as a digital platform. Two years later with an international following, Croft Pilates opened its first physical Pilates studio at Natalie’s home in Orange, NSW. 

As demand grew so did the need for expansion - and now, five years since its inception, Croft Pilates has just opened their flagship Pilates studio on Lords Place, Orange. 

Connection has always been the heartbeat of Croft Pilates: body, mind and soul. Connection with yourself and connection with others.

Whether you are taking class in person or online you cannot mistake the level of attention to detail, form and the deep burn that has come to define the Croft Pilates method.

Classes are high vibe, music driven and results focused. This form of tough love is cheekily disguised behind intelligent and artistic programming, guaranteeing you a fun, motivating and innovative workout.

Natalie | Founder of Croft Pilates

Natalie has been in and around movement her whole life. Her path as a classical and commercial dancer is what inspired her lifelong passion for fitness and first sparked her joy for a life of adventure and travel. 

For the better part of fifteen years, Natalie has worked as a specialised Pilates trainer all over the world.

From the top Pilates studios of London to Hong Kong, New York City, Sydney and Stockholm - Natalie has trained celebrities, super models, high level executives, pre/postpartum mums, athletes and rehabilitation clients.

Now back in Australia - Natalie continues to coach a regular list of international clientele.

Natalie’s holistic, mind-body approach and obsession with good form and technique reflects her multitude of qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Barre and Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor.  Natalie is also a certified RAD Classical Ballet Teacher.

She loves to find that perfect balance of mental and physical challenge while inspiring you to realise you’re always capable of more than you thought you were. 

If you find yourself in Natalie’s sessions - be warned; her energy is infectious. It doesn’t matter who you are or what level you’re at - you are guaranteed a killer workout and a great mood as you walk out the door.
