CROFT PILATES MUMS & BUBS

Your signature Croft Pilates class with baby on board.

This Mat Pilates class is designed to bring confidence and empowerment through movement to all of our Mummas and Mummas-to-be.

The Mums and Bubs class will focus on reactivating & reconnecting to your core, resetting your posture and creating space in your day to feel rejuvenated.

This class is ideal for our prenatal & postpartum clients. *Babies 12 months and under.

CROFT PILATES MENS CLASS

This one’s for the blokes! A signature Croft Pilates session with a big focus on strengthening the core and deep stabilising muscles, creating and improving mobility, balance, symmetry and endurance in the body.

This session is the perfect compliment to any training routine - from the active athlete to guys just looking to improve their core strength, rehabilitate an injury or just get some mobility and lengthening in their day.
