This July & August we want to inspire you to create a cosy, comfortable and content atmosphere that enhances your overall wellbeing and pursuit of living an enriched life. At its core, Hygge is about being present, curating a lifestyle of contentment, finding happiness in the little things each & every day and slowing down enough to enjoy it all ๐Ÿ› ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ ๐Ÿง–โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿœ 

Croft Pilates has always been more than just a workout. It's a feeling, it's a community, it's a space and a way to come together, to celebrate freedom in movement and enrich our lives and connection within ourselves & with others ๐Ÿ‘ซ

Cold weather means hibernation and for some that brings total self isolation or disconnection. We want to invite you to celebrate Hygge and this season with us. Together ๐ŸคŽ

To take part in the Hygge Challenge you need to register by July 6th and attend a minimum of 2 classes per week for 8 weeks from July 7th to August 31st.

We will have a leaderboard in studio to mark off each class you attend and everyone who completes the Challenge will receive some limited edition Croft Pilates merch! ๐Ÿ‘š

What if you can't join us in studio? You can join the Hygge Challenge and move with us online for a minimum of 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks from July 7th to August 31st.

CROFT PILATES

Croft Pilates signature class is a dynamic, mat-based, mind & body immersion. Expect 45 minutes of core-shaking, muscle-sculpting, endorphin releasing bliss.

Targeting small muscle groups and lengthening from head to toe, the slow and controlled movements are no joke.

This full body energising workout will provide you with the form, precision and deep burn the Croft Pilates method is renowned for.

CROFT PILATES MUMS & BUBS

Your signature Croft Pilates class with baby on board.

This Mat Pilates class is designed to bring confidence and empowerment through movement to all of our Mummas and Mummas-to-be.

The Mums and Bubs class will focus on reactivating & reconnecting to your core, resetting your posture and creating space in your day to feel rejuvenated.

This class is ideal for our prenatal & postpartum clients. *Babies 12 months and under.

CROFT PILATES MENS CLASS

This oneโ€™s for the blokes! A signature Croft Pilates session with a big focus on strengthening the core and deep stabilising muscles, creating and improving mobility, balance, symmetry and endurance in the body.

This session is the perfect compliment to any training routine - from the active athlete to guys just looking to improve their core strength, rehabilitate an injury or just get some mobility and lengthening in their day.
